Production process

Raw material selection: Choose high quality glass raw materials, such as quartz sand, soda ash, limestone, etc., to ensure the purity and quality of glass.

Forming process: Commonly, there are blowing process, that is, the glass material which is heated to a softened state is put into the mold, and it is formed by blowing; there is also pressing process, the glass material is put into the mold, and it is formed by mechanical pressure.

Surface treatment: In order to get a better appearance and performance, glass bottles can be surface treatment, such as sandblasting treatment, so that the surface of the bottle presents a hazy frosted texture; spraying treatment, can be coated on the surface of the bottle with a variety of colors of paint; and carving, painting, color printing and other processes, to increase the beauty and artistic value of the bottle.

Assembly process: the glass bottle after molding and surface treatment is assembled with the cap, stopper, pump head, gasket and other accessories to ensure sealing performance and ease of use.

Selection Points

Appropriate capacity: choose the right capacity of cream glass bottles according to the actual needs of use, such as daily household can choose a larger capacity of the bottle, while travel or business trips are suitable for the selection of small capacity of the bottle.

Appropriate color: for products that need to be protected from light, such as creams containing vitamin C, retinol and other ingredients, it is recommended to choose dark or frosted bottles, such as brown, black, etc., in order to prevent the impact of light on the product; for products with high stability that are not easily affected by external conditions, you can choose transparent or semi-transparent bottles.

Bottle design: If the cream texture is thicker, it is appropriate to choose a wide-mouth bottle, easy to access; if it is a thinner lotion cream, narrow-mouth bottle with a pump head will be more convenient to use.
